Responsibilities

Purchase Orders and SOW Analysis:
Utilize advanced tools, such as Excel and Python, to meticulously analyze purchase orders and Statements of Work, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Invoice Reconciliation:
Implement tools like Excel and specialized reconciliation software to reconcile invoices, identifying discrepancies and streamlining financial workflows.

AR and AP Management:
Employ cutting-edge tools to manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable efficiently, optimizing cash flow and enhancing financial transparency.

Timesheet Review:
Utilize tools like Excel and automated systems to conduct thorough reviews of timesheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established policies.

Salary Processing:
Leverage tools like ADP or Run for precise salary processing, utilizing systems that enhance accuracy and efficiency in handling payroll functions.

Hours and Rate Confirmations:
Implement tools and software or Excel Template for confirming hours and rates, ensuring precision and adherence to established compensation structures.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial analysis, with a focus on utilizing tools for process optimization.
- Proficiency in Excel, Python, and other relevant financial analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of purchase orders, SOW, invoice reconciliation, AR, AP, timesheet review, salary processing, and hours and rate confirmations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
